As a member, you are eligible to receive our monthly newsletter, The Minnesota Speleology Monthly. The Monthly contains caving news, updates on projects, notices of coming events, and member submissions. Submissions are often trip reports that are always a blast to read. We even include the minutes of the last MSS meeting. The newsletter can be your connection to the MSS if you live too far to attend meetings or simply miss one.
If you like, you can join the MSS without receiving the newsletter, but either way, we need to gather some information about you. There are several ways to join. You can come to a meeting and one of us will help you. Usually a Board member that is present will accept your membership application and place it in the proper hands for processing. You can also fill out an application from the link below which will take you to a form page that you can print out and mail to the MSS with your membership dues. Membership is good for a full year ( Sept 1 - Aug. 31 each year).
